"My Horse + Bow experience has continued to come up in conversations with my team, especially the exercise where we had to lead a horse into a small pen. The parallels to managing people were eye-opening… I realized that just as a dominant horse can condition a submissive one to move away, we inadvertently condition our team members’ behaviors—both positive and negative. Learning to respond to cues, speak thoughtfully, and adjust our approach instead of doubling down on a failing strategy was invaluable. Months later, lessons like “respond to cues to build trust,” “no = not yet,” and working shoulder-to-shoulder have stayed with me… The setting and the horses offered a unique perspective on behaviors that directly translate to managing people. It was a wonderful, transformative day."

WE O’Neil
"My team's time at Horse & Bow was truly the exact thing we needed to continue deepening our relationship with one another. Kristine's care and attention to detail made each one of us feel seen, heard, and cared for well. Of course the stars of the show were the horses. We worked with Panda in numerous exercises that truly helped reveal as well as strengthen our unique dynamic as a team. We were able to identify obstacles, get more familiar with our strengths, and work together to accomplish our tasks. It really was wonderful to get out of our typical routine in order to connect more authentically as a team. We will without a doubt come back!"
